The Founder.

ISABEL PASSOS - Founder & Creative Director

CRACHÁ was founded by Isabel Passos with the vision of offering a more thoughtful and personal approach to private celebrations. Her work combines creativity, organisation, and a deep understanding of the emotional significance behind each celebration. Isabel remains personally involved in every project, guiding clients through the planning process and acting as the main point of contact from the initial conversations to the final moments of the celebration. For many families, the relationship built during this journey becomes one of the most valued aspects of the experience.

Hospitality has always been at the centre of Isabel’s life. She grew up in a large, lively family where gatherings were a natural expression of generosity and connection, and where celebrations were simply part of everyday life.

Her upbringing was deeply shaped by travel, culture, and a curiosity for art and history, experiences that continue to inspire her work today. Originally trained in Product Design, Isabel later expanded her career into space and interior design, developing a strong understanding of how environments shape human experiences.

What began as a simple request to help design a friend’s wedding gradually evolved into a professional path. Today, Isabel leads CRACHÁ, a boutique celebration planning company working with international clients who choose Portugal as the setting for their most meaningful moments.

Through her work, Isabel combines thoughtful design, cultural storytelling, and a deep appreciation for Portuguese hospitality to create celebrations that feel personal, elegant, and memorable.

CRACHÁ is supported by a small and dedicated team who share a commitment to thoughtful planning, design, discretion, and exceptional hospitality.

Working closely together, we coordinate every detail behind the scenes so that each celebration unfolds seamlessly for our clients and their guests.

 
 

Marta Magalhães

Event Manager & Guest Experience Specialist

Marta plays a central role in the coordination of our celebrations, working closely with venues, suppliers, and hospitality partners. Her attention to detail and experience in guest services ensure that every celebration is delivered seamlessly and with genuine care for the client and their guests.

 
 
 

TANYA BASOVYCH

Floral Designer & Décor Coordination

Tanya oversees the development and coordination of décor and floral elements for our celebrations, working closely under Isabel’s creative direction. From concept to execution, she collaborates with our designer, floral teams and production teams to ensure that every visual detail reflects the atmosphere envisioned for the celebration.
